Events in Aventura in March
March in Miami usually features an array of events, but with the pandemic, upon us, it’s important to stay safe and take precautions while having fun. The good news is there’s still plenty to do in the Aventura area in March 2021.
Music in Miami in March! You cannot go wrong with that. Aventura is celebrating the Marco Carola and the Music On crew at Space Park Miami. The event is outdoors and will practice social distancing and other safety precautions. This is an opportunity for you to enjoy music and socialize a little without breaking the protocols put in place for your safety. If you are showing symptoms, best stay home.
The Show must go on, which is why you’ll be happy to hear that The Miami Film Festival is back, and it's celebrating its 38th year. As always this event brings the best in global cinema to South Florida’s backyard. This year’s event is showcasing both virtual and in-house theater presentations. Film screenings will take place over a 10 day period, between March 5th-14th, around Miami and Miami Beach.
If you could use some fresh air and are interested in supporting work in conservation, science, and education this year’s International Orchid Festival taking place in Fairchild Tropical Botanical garden is sure to interest you. Fairchild Botanical Garden’s event is usually attended by thousands, and this year’s modified version is opening up the event for not just one weekend of orchids, but for several weekends! The festival will feature Orchids, Tours, plant demos, and music. The Festival will be taking place Between March 13-14th and March 20-21.
Are you a Tennis fan? The Miami Open showcases the world’s top tennis players in a two-week-long tournament, in the very heart of Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. There’ll be some changes this year such as limited admission to maintain social distancing, yet fans can still attend matches. It’s a great chance to see your favorite players in action, book your tickets for the event taking place between March 22nd and April 4th.
Miami’s all New Dinosaur Adventure Drive-Thru, taking place between March 12th-21st is sure to impress the dino fans in the family. This prehistoric event is a drive-through featuring 80 Life-Sized Dinosaurs!
